President John Moore opened the meeting at 12:05 with a big Aloha greeting and Mahalo to all who made Elvis Rock and Roll.

Eliza Rummel led us in the Pledge Of Allegiance.
INSPIRATION
Joe Mitchell gave us inspiration recalling his trip to Washington DC for the National Prayer Meeting. He met a fellow who gives out books to friends. He gave Joe “A Hobbit, A Wardrobe and a World War. He reminded us of how very lucky we are to live on Maui, in the USA and the World at this time. We are pampered and this causes squabbles and discontent. He asked us to remember the First World War where 20 million men and women died, 1914 when the Spanish Flu killed 50 to 100 million worldwide, and in 1914 troops on both sides of the First World War crossed the lines for Christmas Truce which lasted few days.
Steve Moksnes encouraged us all to bring friends, neighbors to lunch. Sign up book passed.
President John acknowledged all members for the hard work to put on the show and auction.
We have netted 11,000 with more coming in. He thanked specifically, Karin Carlson for her
leadership and Karen thanked everyone for their part in the sell out event. Plans are in the
works for feedback for making next year even better.
